Roberto Flor is specialised in Criminal Law and, in particular, in Cybercriminality (Cybercrime Law & Cybersecurity Law), Artificial Intelligence and Law, Technological Investigations and Protection of Fundamentals Rights, Criminal Protection of IP rights, Corporate Criminal Law, European Criminal Law and Comparative Criminal Law. He was “Cooperint” and “Max-Planck-Gesellschaft” visiting researcher by prestigious Universities in Europe and U.S.A. He won the “Ettore Gallo” Award with the book on “Criminal Copyright Protection and Technological Protection Measures in the Era of Internet” (Cedam-Wolters Kluwer, 2010). He is Italian Expert on Cybercrime Law by European and International Institutions and Scientific Responsible or Member in several national and international research projects. Since 2017 he is Scientific Responsible of “Protocols on Computer and Digital Forensics” signed between the Legal Science Department of Verona and some Italian Public Prosecutor's Offices, and Scientific Coordinator of the Cybercrime Observatory. Since 2020 he is President of the Regional Section of Veneto of the Italian Society for Intelligence. Since 2021 he is Scientific Coordinator (UniVr Dept.) of the Center for Security and Crime Science (Inter-University Center, University of Trento and University of Verona).
